1. Acceptance
By using hireware.uk or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Waitlist & founding offer
Waitlist signup requests product updates and registers interest in Hireware. The founding offer of 25% off subscription pricing and first month free applies to qualifying waitlist members when they activate a paid Hireware account at launch, subject to fair use and one offer per company unless we state otherwise. We may adjust launch pricing (including the £39.99 per user reference price and £29.99 waitlist price) and will communicate material changes before you pay.
3. No guarantee of launch date
Hireware is under active development. Features described as available, roadmap, or planned may change. Joining the waitlist does not create a binding supply contract until you accept a paid subscription agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or use automated means to spam the waitlist. We may remove entries and block access that abuse the service.
5. Intellectual property
Hireware branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The marketing site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing on this site is professional legal, tax, or financial advice for your hire business.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the marketing site or waitlist. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if they apply.
