Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist details you submit: name, email, company, phone, team size.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (where analytics are enabled).
• If you become a customer: account, operational, and billing data needed to run Hireware for your company.

How we use it

• To confirm waitlist signup and send product / launch updates you requested.
• To honour founding offers (for example 25% off and first month free).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Hireware product and website.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations where required.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We rely on consent for waitlist marketing emails, contract / legitimate interests for providing the service to customers, and legal obligation where the law requires it. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted processors (for example email delivery, hosting, and payment providers) under written agreements. Customer tenant data is isolated per company account.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to remove them or the programme ends. Customer data is retained for the life of the account and any period required by law after closure.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You can also complain to the ICO. Email us to exercise these rights.
